Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
MANITOBA · CANADA
Winnipeg is our highest-volume Manitoba service area. We dispatch agents from the downtown core every morning across the metro — Portage and Main offices, the Exchange District, St. Boniface, residential addresses out to Fort Garry, St. Vital, Transcona, and beyond the perimeter highway. Filings consolidate at the Law Courts at 408 York Avenue, which houses the Court of King's Bench, the Court of Appeal, and the Provincial Court in a single building — a configuration that simplifies multi-track service when one matter touches more than one court.

How We Work in Winnipeg
Winnipeg's bar weighs heavily toward insurance and personal-injury defence (a major share of the local civil docket), commercial litigation, government and Crown work given Manitoba's seat-of-government status, and a strong family-law practice. Our paralegals and law-student agents draft the affidavit and assemble the full service package before dispatch, which is why our packages clear the registry on the first pass instead of being kicked back for a missing schedule or a defective backsheet. The Law Courts on York consolidate King's Bench, Court of Appeal, and Provincial Court counters under one roof, so a multi-court file moves through a single building rather than across the city. Bilingual service in St. Boniface — Western Canada's largest francophone community — is routine, and we keep francophone-capable agents on the dispatch roster. Winnipeg is also our logistics base for northern and rural Manitoba: Thompson, The Pas, Churchill, and the western circuit out of Brandon all route work through here.

Service Notes
Same-day service across the downtown core and inside the perimeter is realistic when documents reach us before mid-morning. Counter filing at the Law Courts runs 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays. Manitoba's e-filing infrastructure at the King's Bench level remains limited — the Chief Justice has publicly described the current system as inadequate, and most civil and family filings still happen in person or by approved email to the registry — so for anything time-sensitive we walk packages to the counter rather than gamble on a queue.
Procedure We Handle
Our paralegals pick the applicable King's Bench Rule 16 subrule before dispatch — r. 16.02 for personal service on individuals, r. 16.03 for alternative-to-personal service available without a court order, r. 16.04 for substituted service when a motion is needed. Affidavits of service are sworn before a commissioner the same day, assembled with the underlying documents, and filed at 408 York in person or through the registry's email-filing channel where it's accepted. You receive a sworn affidavit ready to file, or we file it on your behalf with proof of acceptance returned to you.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
