King's Bench e-filing protocolThe regional King's Bench protocol effective January 2, 2025 requires documents to be presented to the Deputy Registrar, rather than left in a drop-off tray. A local filing agent can handle that attendance and relay questions promptly.

Tell us the court, registry, file number, deadline, documents and any special directions. We confirm printing, copies, assembly, attendance and anticipated court disbursements before approval.
02 · ATTEND
The agent presents the authorized package through the appropriate route. If the registry raises an issue, PCA contacts you for instructions instead of making substantive changes to your documents.
03 · CONFIRM
Receive the filing outcome, available stamped copies and disbursement details. If a document is returned, we report the reason and coordinate your next instructions.
Filing is quoted separately from process serving. Court fees, exceptional printing, courier delivery and repeat attendance are disclosed in the quote. Acceptance and timing remain the court's decision; PCA provides filing support, not a guarantee of acceptance or a substitute for legal advice.
