Service completed correctly

Professional Process Serving

PCA manages service from instructions through filing-ready proof. We select the appropriate server, coordinate attempts, document what occurred, and prepare the affidavit internally with the governing court rules in mind.

Why PCA

Delivery is only one part of valid service.

In many jurisdictions, there is little or no general regulation governing who may offer process-serving services. The practical risk is not simply whether documents reach the recipient—it is whether the method used and the evidence returned can withstand scrutiny.

An incomplete or incorrectly drafted affidavit can delay a proceeding, create avoidable legal expense, and require repeat service. PCA’s internal legal team reviews the service requirements and prepares the affidavit, so law firms are not asked to draft it for us or spend billable time correcting our work.

Frequently asked questions

Professional Process Serving questions

How quickly can process serving be completed?

Standard Canadian assignments are commonly completed within three to five days. Rush service under 48 hours may be available for an additional fee, depending on location and circumstances.

What is normally included in the service fee?

Standard pricing commonly includes a defined number of attempts, ordinary travel, preparation and review of the affidavit, and having it sworn or commissioned where applicable. Rush work, excessive printing, additional defendants, separate service addresses, or unusual travel may increase the fee. The complete price is confirmed before work begins.

Can PCA serve anywhere?

PCA coordinates service worldwide, including major centres, rural communities, remote destinations, and cross-border matters. Available methods, timing, and pricing depend on the destination and governing rules.
