Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
MANITOBA · CANADA
Steinbach is the regional centre for the historic Mennonite settlement area in southeastern Manitoba, and we run service out of here for files across the surrounding rural municipalities. The local Provincial Court at 284 Reimer Avenue handles criminal and small claims work; Court of King's Bench civil and family filings route to the Winnipeg Law Courts about an hour northwest, where our agents file daily.

How We Work in Steinbach
Steinbach's docket carries a distinct mix — agricultural counterparty matters from the surrounding rural municipalities, family and estate work where the underlying community context matters, and the Provincial Court volume of a growing small city. The historic Mennonite-heritage population around Steinbach, Blumenort, Grunthal, and Mitchell sometimes brings considerations that don't show up elsewhere — Plautdietsch as a first language in older estate matters, ecclesiastical and community involvement in family files, and rural addresses that don't always match what's on a registered office or driver's licence. We coordinate respectfully with that context and verify addresses against current municipal records before dispatch.

Service Notes
Service in the surrounding Mennonite communities sometimes calls for cultural sensitivity around traditional addresses and modes of communication — we plan that into the agent assignment rather than treating it as an exception. The Provincial Court counter at 284 Reimer is closed 12:00–1:00 PM. King's Bench packages ride the daily Winnipeg dispatch.
Procedure We Handle
We apply King's Bench Rule 16 on the civil side — r. 16.02 for personal service, r. 16.03 for alternatives that don't need a court order, r. 16.04 for substituted service by motion (the route we use when a respondent in a rural southeastern address can't be located after reasonable attempts). Affidavits are sworn the same day and filed at 408 York in Winnipeg.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
