Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
ONTARIO · CANADA
We run Ontario's southwest out of the London Courthouse at 80 Dundas Street, where the Superior Court of Justice, the Unified Family Court, and the Ontario Court of Justice all sit in the same building. Our agents cover downtown London, the Western University catchment in Old North, the Hyde Park and Byron corridors, and out across Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford counties. The main entrance is on the Queens Avenue side, which we mention because counsel coming in from outside the city sometimes lose time looking for a Dundas-side door that does not open.

How We Work in London
We file most of our southwest Ontario civil, family, and criminal work at 80 Dundas Street, and because all three court levels share the building, we routinely clear a Superior motion, a Family Court matter, and an OCJ filing in a single counter visit. Our paralegals and law-student agents draft the affidavit and assemble the package before dispatch, which is why filings clear the counter on the first pass rather than bouncing back for redrafting. London's combined registry is an operational advantage over the GTA's scattered courthouses — counter staff for civil, family, and criminal sit minutes apart, and intake tends to be faster than the busier downtown Toronto counters. Rural service is the other half of the job. Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford addresses regularly require farm-laneway navigation, seasonal mud-road planning, and confirmation of the right sideroad before we dispatch. The London bar is also tight and repeat-party — insurance defence, personal injury, and agricultural-belt estate files are a steady share of the local docket.

Service Notes
Same-day service inside the City of London is realistic when documents reach us by mid-morning; rural Middlesex, Elgin, and Oxford addresses are planned in batches and we confirm directions with the client before dispatch to avoid wasted attempts on unmarked laneways. Counter filing at 80 Dundas runs roughly 9:00 AM–4:30 PM with the entrance on Queens Avenue. Online civil filings for the Southwest Region go through Civil Submissions Online on Justice Services Online (the new Ontario Courts Public Portal is Toronto-only for now), which returns an acceptance email within three business days; family filings route through Family Submissions Online. For rush matters we file in person and walk rejected packages back the same afternoon for correction.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
