Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
ONTARIO · CANADA
We run a daily Hamilton route out of the John Sopinka Courthouse at 45 Main Street East, where both the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice sit under one roof. Our agents cover the lower city, the Mountain above the escarpment, the industrial east end, and out to Stoney Creek, Dundas, and Ancaster. Most personal injury, employment, and family files in Hamilton are filed at 45 Main East, with counter intake running 9:00–11:00 AM and 2:00–4:00 PM.

How We Work in Hamilton
We file most of our Hamilton civil and family work at 45 Main Street East, and because the Superior Court and Ontario Court of Justice share the building, we routinely clear a Superior matter and an OCJ matter on the same counter visit. Our paralegals and law-student agents draft the affidavit of service and assemble the package before dispatch, which is why filings clear the counter on the first pass instead of bouncing back for redrafting. The escarpment changes how we plan a day. The lower city, the Mountain, and the east-end industrial flats are connected by a limited set of access routes — the Jolley Cut, James Mountain Road, and the Sherman Cut — so we batch service by zone rather than chasing addresses in order. We also pick up Niagara-region family work that routes to Hamilton from St. Catharines, plus a steady stream of steel-sector employment and personal injury files tied to the harbour and east-end plants.

Service Notes
Same-day service in the lower city is realistic when documents reach us before 11:00 AM; Mountain and east-end addresses need a slightly earlier cut-off because of the access-route constraints. Counter filing at 45 Main East runs 9:00–11:00 AM and 2:00–4:00 PM only — outside those windows, intake is closed. Online civil filings for Hamilton still go through Civil Submissions Online on Justice Services Online (the new Ontario Courts Public Portal is Toronto-only for now), which returns an acceptance email within three business days. For rush matters we file in person at the counter and walk rejected packages back the same afternoon for correction.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
