Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
BRITISH COLUMBIA · CANADA
Vancouver is our highest-volume BC service area. We dispatch agents daily across the downtown core, Yaletown, the West End, and out to Kitsilano and East Vancouver. Most of our Supreme Court civil and family work files at the Law Courts at 800 Smithe Street, which also houses the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. Provincial Court criminal and small claims matters route to 222 Main Street. Coverage extends across the metro and out to the North Shore and the Fraser Valley.

How We Work in Vancouver
We file most of our Vancouver Supreme Court civil, Commercial List, and Court of Appeal work at 800 Smithe Street. Our paralegals and law-student agents draft the affidavit of service and assemble the full filing package before dispatch, which is why our filings clear the registry counter on the first pass rather than bouncing back for redrafting. The local bar is concentrated and competitive, and the docket reflects it: international commercial litigation, real estate development disputes, family law touching cross-border assets in the US and Asia, and a strong appellate practice in the same building. Service strategy across the metro is shaped by high-rise condo concierge access in the West End, Yaletown, and Coal Harbour, plus gated Westside addresses on the Shaughnessy and Point Grey side. Corporate service often involves registered offices in the Bentall and TD towers that don't match where principals actually conduct business, so we cross-check current public records before the agent attempts personal service.

Service Notes
Counter filing at 800 Smithe runs 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. We file most Supreme Court civil documents through Court Services Online (CSO), the Justice Services Branch e-filing portal that handles civil and small claims submissions. Rush filings, urgent motion materials, and physical document retrieval still happen in person at the counter. High-rise condo service in the West End, Yaletown, and Coal Harbour requires concierge cooperation, which we coordinate before the agent arrives. Cross-water service to North Vancouver and West Vancouver factors in Lions Gate and Second Narrows bridge timing during peak hours, and we plan dispatch around it.
Procedure We Handle
We handle the procedural side so you don't have to track the rules. Our paralegals pick the applicable service rule before the agent leaves the office: Rule 4-3 of the Supreme Court Civil Rules for personal service of a notice of civil claim, petition, or other originating document, and Rule 4-4 when an alternative method of service is needed. Substituted service under Rule 4-4 requires a documented attempts log and a chambers order before any alternate method is used, so we prepare the affidavit of attempts and the application materials in-house. The affidavit of service is sworn before a commissioner the same day and filed through Court Services Online or in person at 800 Smithe depending on how rush the matter is. You receive a sworn affidavit ready to file, or we file it on your behalf.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
