Legally-trained oversight
Every matter is handled by law students, paralegals, and lawyers — not call-centre dispatchers. The legal understanding and attention to detail that typical process servers do not offer.
BRITISH COLUMBIA · CANADA
Kelowna is our base for the Okanagan. We file at the Kelowna Law Courts at 1355 Water Street, which houses the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court for the region. Daily coverage runs downtown, Mission, and Glenmore, with regular dispatches out to West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, and Penticton. Lakeshore-property service and wine-country runs are both routine parts of our week.

How We Work in Kelowna
We file most Okanagan Supreme Court civil and family matters at 1355 Water Street, and the Provincial Court sits in the same building, which keeps multi-matter coordination simple. Our paralegals and law-student agents draft the affidavit of service and assemble the filing package before dispatch, which is the reason our filings clear the counter on the first pass rather than bouncing back for redrafting. The local docket reflects the Okanagan economy: real estate disputes have been a persistent driver as the region's prices have grown, agricultural and wine-industry counterparty work runs steadily through the year, and family law is a substantial component. Service strategy factors in lakeshore properties that are often gated and set well back from the road, the wine country running south toward Penticton, and summer tourist congestion through downtown that affects rush filings. Okanagan circuit work routes through Kelowna, with files extending to Vernon, Penticton, and Salmon Arm.

Service Notes
Counter hours at the Kelowna registry are 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday. We file Supreme Court civil and Provincial small claims documents through Court Services Online (CSO) where possible, and walk rush packages in to 1355 Water Street when same-day stamps matter. Lakeshore service often requires advance coordination because of gated entries, long driveways, and unmarked properties. Summer tourist congestion through downtown can add time to rush filings between July and Labour Day, so we plan accordingly. Okanagan circuit work generally batches Vernon, Penticton, and Kelowna service together to keep cost down.
Send us the documents and the details. We confirm jurisdictional requirements, pricing, and timelines before service begins.
