Comprehensive Service
Process serving extends beyond document delivery. We employ a "cradle-to-grave" approach with fixed rates so your case can move forward with no hiccups and no surprises

1
3 Service Attempts
Provincial legislation requires that a reasonable attempt at in-person service (or other approved service method) be made. Our rates include 3 service attempts so that your document will either be served or allowed to be served through alternative means, such as email.
2
Preparation of Supporting Documents
After service is effected, the courts require a legal statement confirming who was served and who did the serving; this is called an affidavit of service. Almost every file will require this supporting document, but some companies charge additional fees to complete the step. We weave this into our pricing so you aren't surprised with any new costs.
3
Signing and Filing
As a final step, the affidavit of service must be commissioned or notarized and filed at the appropriate courthouse. Again, some companies charge extra for this necessary step but we include it in our pricing. After the filing is complete, we will send you a copy for your files and your case will be ready to proceed!
